In automotive powder coating or food drying lines, the oven temperature can be up to 250°C - 350°C. Conventional air filters use glue and the plastic frame will melt immediately.
1. Technical characteristics of VAF heat-resistant filter
- Filter material: Glass fiber is special, heat-resistant and non-flammable.
- Khung: Stainless steel 304 or Galvanized steel (GI) is resistant and does not deform when thermally expanded.
- Keo (Sealant): Use high temperature resistant red Ceramic or Silicone glue.
- Ron (Gasket): Fiberglass rope ensures tightness.
